Regularly do something special for yourself. Perform one activity each day that shows you love and care for yourself. Exercise, explore a new neighborhood, take a long relaxing bubblebath, buy some fresh flowers, burn a scented candle.
Once a week, do something more. Get a massage, mani/pedi, have a romantic dinner with someone special, treat yourself to a nice bottle of wine.
Once a month, get out of town and give yourself a weekend getaway.
Treat yourself as if you are special--because you are.
