Every business needs a cornerstone to be successful, but when it comes to your business, what is a cornerstone?

The cornerstone of your business is trust--the trust of customers, vendors, colleagues--of everyone that comes into contact with your business. It's trite and true: People do business with people they trust. Once the cornerstone of trust is set, everything else rests on it.

How to be more profitable
You build a strong cornerstone by including your key messaging in everything you communicate and by using it to make decisions and evaluate options. It is the mantra of your business.
